Delivery and returns
Shipping $14.99. Returns within 30 days, uninstalled and in the original packaging, subject to a 25% restocking fee; outbound freight is not refunded. Note any freight damage on the delivery receipt and report it to us within 48 hours with photos.
Warranty
Kingston Brass 10-year limited warranty. Covers leaks, drips and defects in material, workmanship and finish during normal residential use, for the original owner, from the date of purchase. It applies to faucets installed in the United States and Canada. Replacement cartridges and parts ship free by ground.
Flush the water lines before installing. Clean with mild soap and water only; abrasive, ammonia, bleach, acid, alcohol or solvent cleaners void the warranty. Labor, installation and other incidental costs are not covered.
