Tubs and vanities arrive strapped to a pallet in a wooden crate. Drain and overflow kits ship in the box. No filler is included. The crate footprint is larger than the piece; plan the path from the curb before delivery day.

Will my tub filler fit?

Center-drain tubs accept a filler from either end. Floor-mount fillers need a supply stub-out within reach of the rim; wall-mount fillers need a spout long enough to clear the rolled edge. Send us a photo of the drain rough-in and we will confirm the filler before the order ships.

How much is shipping, and can I return it?

$400 flat freight, liftgate to the curb in the lower 48. Returns within 30 days, uninstalled and in the original packaging; outbound freight is not refunded.
