Delivery and returns

Warranty
Kingston Brass 10-year limited warranty. Covers leaks, drips and defects in material, workmanship and finish during normal residential use, for the original owner, from the date of purchase. It applies to faucets installed in the United States and Canada. Replacement cartridges and parts ship free by ground.
Oil Rubbed Bronze is a living finish that changes with use, so the finish itself is not covered. The 10-year mechanical warranty still applies.
Flush the water lines before installing. Clean with mild soap and water only; abrasive, ammonia, bleach, acid, alcohol or solvent cleaners void the warranty. Labor, installation and other incidental costs are not covered.
