Built for tired backs, sore legs, and cold winter nights. The Empava 71JT802 is a 71 inch two-person alcove massage tub with an inline heater that keeps the water at temperature for as long as you want to stay in.

A round pillow supports the cervical spine while waterfall strips massage the neck. The two-level reclining slope was designed for weak spines and tired legs, so you settle in and the tub does the holding. LED lighting finishes the spa effect.

What arrives

Tubs and vanities arrive strapped to a pallet in a wooden crate. Drain and overflow kits ship in the box. No filler is included. The crate footprint is larger than the piece; plan the path from the curb before delivery day.

Delivery and returns

Crated freight, $200. Liftgate to the curb in the lower 48. Returns within 30 days, uninstalled and in the original packaging, subject to a 20% restocking fee; outbound freight is not refunded. Note any freight damage on the delivery receipt and report it to us within 48 hours with photos.

Warranty

Empava limited warranty, 3 to 5 years by model. Empava bathtubs carry a 3- or 5-year parts warranty depending on the model. Ask us and we will confirm the term for this model before it ships.

Covered parts include jets, blowers and motors, the heater and thermostat, LED lights, controls and switches, the drain and overflow, the faucet and hand shower, pillows and skirts.

Not covered: damage from improper installation, misuse, commercial use, unauthorized repairs or abrasive and corrosive cleaners, freight damage not noted at delivery, and the cost of removal, installation or service calls.
