What arrives
Tubs and vanities arrive strapped to a pallet in a wooden crate. Drain and overflow kits ship in the box. No filler is included. The crate footprint is larger than the piece; plan the path from the curb before delivery day.
Delivery and returns
Crated freight, $400. Liftgate to the curb in the lower 48. Returns within 30 days, uninstalled and in the original packaging, subject to a 20% restocking fee; outbound freight is not refunded. Note any freight damage on the delivery receipt and report it to us within 48 hours with photos.
