We must receive written notification of any damages within 2 days which includes a description of the damage and images of the damaged product and outer box. If goods are damaged in transit, we will cover return and replacement shipping costs. In case of goods damaged during shipping, if it’s necessary for item to be returned, we will pay for return shipping costs. We will also pay for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
